Note:
- One person or one couple per form.
- Couples price is only applicable during Early Bird period.
- If you wish to enroll with different partners, please use separate forms for each partner. The total number of classes will be counted separately. (ie if you enroll 3 class with Partner A, and 3 classes with partner B, even though you are taking a total of 6 classes, you will still have to pay the price of $210 per class).
- If you enroll some classes with a partner and some classes as single, the number of classes you enroll with a partner can be calculated towards the number of classes you enroll as a single to take advantage of a lower price. (ie if you enrolled 5 classes with a partner and only 1 class as a single, we will still offer the price of $200 for your single class).
- On the other hand, if you enrolled 5 classes as a single and 1 class as a couple, the price for the class you enroll as a couple will still be $210.
